INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 oz. Calirosa ‘Rosa Blanco’ Tequila
  • ½ oz. Lime Juice
  • ½ oz. Agave
  • 4 oz. Sparkling Wine (Champagne)
  • Garnish Lime Wedges or Twirls

DIRECTIONS:

  • Rim a champagne flute with salt.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway full with ice.
  • Add the tequila, lime juice, and agave and shake well.
  • Strain into the salt-rimmed glass and then top with Champagne.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge or twirl.
